Returns Policy

At Kavex, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed items or products that are made to order through our print-on-demand supplier (Oneoff) cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer service at support@kavex.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
